From there, Tyler advanced through the organic and natural skincare movement, refining expertise in hair removal and dermal wellness. This led him to a leadership role as Director of Client Experience And Elite Trainer at sugaringLA, where he established protocols for high-volume, client-centric service delivery, further deepening his commitment to meticulous safety and care standards. Following this, he joined elite skincare institutions including Dermalogica, where his focus on results-driven care broadened to include clinical modalities.

Today, as Managing Director of Beverly Wilshire Aesthetics, Tyler leads with both creative vision and clinical discipline. His role bridges high-end artistry and medical-grade skincare, overseeing a team of licensed professionals who deliver transformational results across modalities such as Morpheus8 RF microneedling, Exosome Therapy, PRP, Lumecca IPL, and HydraFacial®.
