Transparency & Accountability
We listen, we respond, we improve.
Beverly Wilshire Aesthetics collects feedback through every channel available to our patients and community — reviews, direct messages, phone calls, consultations, and post-visit follow-ups. This page describes how we gather input, respond to it, and turn it into better care.
How feedback reaches us
Every comment is routed to a person who can act on it. Nothing is buried in a black box.
We gather feedback from public review platforms, direct emails, SMS, phone conversations, post-treatment check-ins, and in-person consultations.
Feedback is documented internally with context — date, channel, issue type, and the team member who received it — so patterns are easy to spot.
Clinical concerns go to Dr. Zarrini. Operational concerns go to practice management. Public reviews receive a direct, good-faith response.
We correct verified errors, update protocols when needed, and follow up with the person who raised the concern whenever contact information is available.
We read and respond to reviews on Google, Yelp, RealSelf, Healthgrades, Zocdoc, and TripAdvisor. Our replies are:
For private or detailed concerns, patients and visitors can reach us directly:
We do not require a public review to take action. Private feedback receives the same attention as public feedback.
Our commitment
Patients who raise concerns — publicly or privately — will never be penalized, dismissed, or denied future care. We believe transparency is a clinical value, not a marketing tactic. If we make a mistake, we own it, correct it, and learn from it.
What to expect
We aim to acknowledge direct feedback within one business day. Complex clinical concerns are reviewed by Dr. Zarrini and responded to as promptly as medical judgment allows. Public review responses are typically posted within a few business days.
All feedback is logged in a secure internal record. We review aggregated feedback regularly to identify training needs, protocol updates, or communication gaps before they become patterns.
If a concern involves patient safety, clinical outcome, or a complaint that cannot be resolved at the front desk, it is escalated directly to Dr. Zarrini or practice leadership.
When we commit to a change, we track it. When we cannot accommodate a request, we explain why clearly. Feedback that results in a policy or protocol change is shared with the full team.
Medical Director & Physician Owner
Dr. Zarrini reviews all clinical feedback and personally oversees any protocol changes that affect patient safety, treatment outcomes, or informed consent. This policy is maintained under his authority as medical director of Beverly Wilshire Aesthetics.
Have feedback for us? We read every message and use it to refine the care we provide. Reach out by phone, text, email, or schedule a private consultation.
