While attending a medical conference highlighting new aesthetic technology, Dr. Behnoush Zarrini realized that today’s cosmetic procedures have become so powerful and sophisticated that they are best performed by an expert – a doctor who knows how to use state-of-the-art methods to obtain the best possible outcomes while keeping clients as comfortable as possible.

A noted aesthetic specialist and a board-certified M.D. with decades of experience, Dr. Zarrini is at the forefront of a new era in nonsurgical cosmetic medicine, prioritizing the needs of clients in terms of safety, comfort, and, of course, beautiful results.

Meet Dr. Zarrini

Behnoush Zarrini began his career at one of the world’s finest medical schools, the Tehran University of Sciences. After immigrating to the United States, the doctor continued his training in New York at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital and SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and later at Michigan’s Henry Ford Hospital.

Since settling in Southern California in the early 2000s, Dr. Zarrini is known both for aesthetics work and as one of the area’s leading board certified anesthesiologists.

At Beverly Wilshire Aesthetics, Dr. Zarrini employs a holistic approach. Whether patients come to him for cosmetic treatment or issues such as hyperhidrosis, migraine treatment, or fatigue and dehydration, Dr. Zarrini carefully assesses a client’s overall health status, always taking time to listen and understand their concerns.

Dr. Zarrini also notes that his extensive background in anesthesiology and pain management gives him an edge in performing treatments effectively and comfortably. “Over the years, I’ve developed a type of what you might call x-ray vision. I intuitively understand how needles and other instruments should be placed, and at what angle and direction, so that my clients get the look they desire with little or no discomfort.”
