Every injectable and every energy-based device treatment is performed by Dr. Behnoush Zarrini, MD, a dual board-certified physician and the medical director, or by a licensed clinician working under her direct on-site supervision. Facials, peels and skin-health protocols are performed by Tyler, our licensed lead aesthetician.
You are told the name and license type of your provider before you book — not on the day of your appointment. If your provider changes, you are notified before treatment and may reschedule at no cost.

Pricing is quoted in writing before treatment, per unit or per session, with no obligation to proceed. There are no membership lock-ins, no pressure closes and nothing is performed on the day it is proposed unless it is clinically right.
You receive written informed consent covering the realistic range of outcomes, downtime, and the specific risks of your treatment — including bruising, swelling, asymmetry, and rare vascular events with filler.
Every patient is seen for a complimentary follow-up assessment at two weeks for neuromodulators and at the appropriate interval for other treatments.
