Who performs your treatment

Every injectable and every energy-based device treatment is performed by Dr. Behnoush Zarrini, MD, a dual board-certified physician and the medical director, or by a licensed clinician working under her direct on-site supervision. Facials, peels and skin-health protocols are performed by Tyler, our licensed lead aesthetician.

You are told the name and license type of your provider before you book — not on the day of your appointment. If your provider changes, you are notified before treatment and may reschedule at no cost.

What our trademarked terms actually mean

Supreme Skin™ and Skin Ascension™ are names for our own consultation and sequencing methodology — the order in which structure, texture and tone are addressed. They are branding for a process, not devices, drugs or proprietary medicine.

No trademarked term on this site describes a treatment you cannot find performed elsewhere by name. When we use one, the underlying FDA-cleared products and devices are always disclosed in your plan.

Pricing, consent and risk

Pricing is quoted in writing before treatment, per unit or per session, with no obligation to proceed. There are no membership lock-ins, no pressure closes and nothing is performed on the day it is proposed unless it is clinically right.

You receive written informed consent covering the realistic range of outcomes, downtime, and the specific risks of your treatment — including bruising, swelling, asymmetry, and rare vascular events with filler.

If you don’t like your result

Every patient is seen for a complimentary follow-up assessment at two weeks for neuromodulators and at the appropriate interval for other treatments.

Asymmetry or under-treatment from a neuromodulator is corrected at no charge at follow-up.
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase; we stock it on site, both for aesthetic revision and for emergency vascular management.
Dr. Zarrini remains reachable for post-treatment concerns; complications are managed by her directly.

Results vary between individuals. No outcome is guaranteed, and we will decline to treat when the honest answer is that a treatment will not deliver what you want.
